One of the joys of continuing to be a part of the SOM community is to help pave the way for new graduates. There are so many ways to give back that have a significant impact:
- Participate as a mock interviewer.
- Share your knowledge at networking events, student clubs, and guest speaker series. Hearing from successful alumnae/i is a powerful way to help our students learn through your experience and it is a positive networking experience for everyone involved.
- Mentor students who are interested in your industry or function. This can be done through participating in the SOM Mentoring Program, student activities, conducting informational interviews, helping students to network, and critiquing students' resumes.
- Accept an invitation to facilitate or speak at a future CSO workshop or special presentation.
